The Trustwave certification covers our collection, use and disclosure of information we collect through our website www.soundvibrations.com and our service Sound Vibrations. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged Sound Vibrations.
Sound Vibrations respects the privacy of our Account Users and the privacy of their data. All user information contained within the electronic communications, attached documents, forms, newsletters, surveys and documents you may use or compose with the Sound Vibrations Service are governed by the Sound Vibrations Terms of Service. Although Sound Vibrations owns the data storage, databases and the Sound Vibrations Site, you retain all rights to your data. When you request a Beta account on the Sound Vibrations Service, we ask for the following information: your name, your company name, telephone number, and a valid e-mail address at which we may contact you. Users of the Sound Vibrations service are also asked to provide their company's postal address and time zone to better personalize their Account. Full paying accounts of the Sound Vibrations Service are also required to provide billing address and valid credit card information.
